**When will my order arrive?**
The arrival time depends on the shipping company chosen and the responsible courier. We offer a range of couriers in major cities, and usually, delivery takes from 1 to 3 days after the order is placed and confirmed.
**Is there delivery outside the country?**
Currently, the contracted shipping companies deliver within the country and to a selection of cities listed on the delivery page. All the cities where the courier delivers are displayed there.
You can request international delivery from our store team via WhatsApp for product weight information and pricing by international shipping agents not currently registered in the store.
**What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?**
Please refer to our return policy to understand the terms of returns and exchanges. If there is an agreed-upon manufacturing defect, the shipping cost to the company and the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer, but the cost of the product will not be charged to the customer according to the return policy.
**I want to order large quantities, is there a discount?**
The store offers bulk delivery service if requested, and there is a discount of 10-20% on some products. You can contact us directly via the “Contact Us” page to inquire about quantities and discounts.
