This service ensures delivery of shipments to the desired address within a period ranging from 3 to 7 days to main destinations. - **Designated Shipping Agent:**
Our store contracts with a group of shipping agents in various cities who deliver products within a period ranging from 1 to 3 days.
**Exchange and Return Policy**
- Exchange and return are guaranteed rights for all our customers and apply to all products listed on our store.
- All products listed on our store are subject to the exchange and return policy according to the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
- Products can be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition at the time of purchase and wrapped in their original packaging.
- Returns can be made within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
- Please contact us through the “Contact Us” page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
- Please photograph the product and send it along with specifying the city, address, and order number to be exchanged for another product if the product is defective or has a specific issue, or does not function as agreed upon.
- The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website’s product page.
- We are not responsible for any customer expectations for product usage that are not mentioned on the product page on our website.
- A 30% fee or a minimum of 25 dirhams will be deducted if the customer does not want the product and it is not defective or has any mentioned issues.
